As I know some of you have seen, I've run some promotions discounting the Viral Outbreak Miniatures set. And, I've seen some comments expressing the disappointment that I've done so. However, without me getting into too much detail, please know I do not have a choice.
I wanted to come up with some way to repay you for your early support, as without it this would not have got off the ground. To make up for price reduction, I wanted to offer you an exclusive Kickstarter Backer only deal. While I cannot give you the $20 to make up the difference between a $69 and $49 price, I can discount the $49 sets that $20 and offer you 1 set at an incredibly low $29 (Plus shipping and handling). I understand you may not have a use for two of the sets yourself, but perhaps you can gift or sell to friends if you decide to take me up on this offer.

I have had a request to provide something that can be printed with all of the characters along with their names. I have pulled this off of our website at www.notsoboredgames.com. You can head there to take a higher resolution screenshot of your own if you prefer. I used the Windows "Snipping Tool" myself.

Shipping: An update on delays in Canada

Upon further investigation Canada's Postal Service has informed us that there has been and continues to be a large backlog of parcels and that delivery of packages in the country are delayed.
The tracking information available to me only extends to the Canadian border. Should any items get returned back out of Canada, I would be alerted. However, as of right now I have no way to confirm delivery of packages in Canada.
Given the backup they are experiencing, please give this some more time.

Hello Backers!
By now, I would have expected that all of you have received your miniatures (with the exception of painted sets).
However, I have received multiple messages only from Canada, that packages have not yet been received. I want to work diligently with you to resolve any outstanding issues. I have just returned home from a 5 week stay in Europe (ugh, the Jetlag). I will be looking back through my messages to make sure I address some issues that had to wait for my return.
In an effort to be sure I am not letting anything slip through the cracks, and what I think will be good for feedback or general customer service, I have created a Telegram Channel. This is a live chat that I will monitor as often as I can.
